This report provides a compact view of Mongolia’s economic health using official indicators from the National Statistics Office of Mongolia and the Bank of Mongolia. The index combines annual real GDP growth, annual inflation, banking-sector risk (non-performing loans as a share of total loans), the annual fiscal balance relative to nominal GDP, the annual trade balance relative to nominal GDP, and daily exchange- rate growth volatility.

scores. Missing observations are left unscored and do not enter the calculation.
